About the event
Back in 2018, I attend a careers event that really stuck with me. I can’t remember the event or the speaker, but the message is very clear. “Treat your careers department like a business and your students, teachers, parents and businesses as your customers”.
This was the catalyst for me creating a careers brand within my school and really altered the way I promoted events and engaged with internal/external audiences. Within this session, I am going to take the ideology a step further… And I want to share it with you!
Let’s come together and set KPIs for our careers programmes. Whether you are a Careers Leaders focused on meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks or a Careers Advisor looking to improve your practice, this session will have something for you to consider and hopefully, implement in your setting(s).
