The Careers Impact Challenge

Careers Advisors play a critical role in transforming lives - yet our impact is often invisible to those outside the profession. The Careers Impact Challenge is a 2-week guided LinkedIn learning experience designed to help careers professionals confidently share their work, insights, and outcomes through credible, engaging LinkedIn posts.

Through this challenge, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Write authentic, professional content that highlights your impact

✅ Build visibility and influence in your network and beyond

✅ Showcase the value of careers guidance to students, institutions, and policy-makers

✅ Connect with a community of like-minded professionals championing the same cause

How it works

• ✏️ Daily prompts: For 10 working days, you’ll receive a simple topic or angle to post about (e.g. a success story, myth-busting, collaboration highlight, careers tip).

• ⏱️ 15 mins a day: Each prompt is designed to take just 15–20 minutes to action - quick enough for your schedule, powerful enough to make an impact.

• 🌍 Build visibility: Post using the shared hashtag (e.g. #CareersImpactChallenge) to connect, inspire others, and raise the collective voice of our profession.​

 

This is for anyone working in the careers or employability space who wants to better articulate their value and increase professional visibility.

The challenge will take place on The Careers Circle, so you will need to have an account. It is free for all. The first challenge will commence when 100 careers professionals have registered their interest using the form below.
