Use of AI by candidates - an employer's perspective

Charlotte has worked for IBM for 25 years. Within her current role, she is the Apprentice Degree scheme lead and Software Test pathway lead. She is the Career Manager of a team of apprentices as well as delivering training for technical and professional skills development for graduates and apprentices in their early career. 

We are thrilled that Charlotte will be joining us to help us understand an employer's view use of AI by applicants. She will discuss the shift in what they are expecting as a Tech Employer with an increase in the use of AI. Charlotte will refer trends and insights from the current employment market and provide advice on how we can prepare our students to incorporate AI in their apprenticeship search.
