Hello. Now that our training events are set up and running well, my next focus is to set up our “let’s launch” events where professionals from within the community will share how they’ve set up different elements of their programmes (work experience, mock interviews etc).

I have joined Teah First's Careers Network and they have live Zooms on different themes and a WhatsApp group to share good practice. Attended a Zoom this week about Alternatives to Traditional Work Experience and it was really useful with ideas from a range of settings. I haven't joined the WhatsApp group yet - there aren't many members so manageable.
