New careers lead (already a qualified careers adviser)
Hi - I’ve recently started a new careers lead role and am looking at booking careers lead training. I already have a level 6 in careers guidance and wondered if anyone else has been in the same position and if there are any of the careers leader training providers they recommend in particular?
I’m tempted by the level 7 at Warwick, but as it is all online worry I won’t get the ‘community support’ that I could get from a provider that offers live sessions?

HI Hannah thanks I meant the Careers Leader CEC training? I think the Level 6 is enough in terms of careers guidance I've been doing 18 years now but the Careers Lead role is new especially combined with the CA work. Thanks
