Which type of massage should I choose for a stiff neck and shoulders?
I spend most of the day at a computer, and lately, I’ve really started to feel the effects, especially in my neck and shoulders. Stretching only helps temporarily, so I’m considering a massage. I’ve come across options like classic massage, sports massage, and various more intense techniques, but I’m not sure which makes the most sense for my situation. What has worked for you when dealing with a similar issue? I’m interested in personal experiences rather than general advice from articles.

I had a very similar issue recently after spending long hours at my computer. Stretching helped, but only for a short time, so I decided to try a massage. I recently visited Prague Fenix and booked a session through their masseuses page: https://prague-fenix.cz/masseuses/. I was honestly surprised by how much better my body felt afterward. The tension in my neck and shoulders was noticeably reduced, and I felt much more relaxed overall. For me, massage worked better than stretching alone.
